World renowned pediatric allergist Doris Rapp, MD and filmmaker Steven Buonaugurio among in line-up of notable speakers for the Pediatric Council’s Annual Super Conference in Phoenix, September 7-9, 2007

The 2007 Annual Conference on Chiropractic & Pediatrics to be held at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort, September 7-9, 2007, in Phoenix, Ariz., promises to be an exceptional event with excellent topics and speakers. Included on the program is Doris Rapp, MD, FAAP, internationally recognized as a pioneer in research encompassing environmental toxins and pediatric allergies, and author of several books including “Is this Your Child’s World” and “Our Toxic World: A Wake-up Call.” Dr. Rapp will be speaking on Saturday, September 8th on the effect of toxins in the home and environment on the development, health and behavior of children. The second speaker who is adding another dimension to the program is Steven Buonaugurio fim producer of a documentary titled “Pregnant in America: A Nation’s Miscarriage” planned for release at the 2008 Sundance Festival. Mr. Buonaugurio examines the betrayal of humanity’s greatest gift – birth – by the greed of US corporations and reveals how hospitals, insurance companies and other members of the health care industry have pushed aside the best care for infants and their mothers in order to rake in huge profits. He believes that change is not only necessary but critical. His session is sure to be powerful and moving.

Other excellent speakers include retired pediatrician, now devoted to research on autism and vaccines, Dr. Ed Yazbak who will be speaking on Shaken Baby Syndrome and vaccine reaction; Dr. Dan Murphy who always has new information and tons of research to back up his lectures; Dr. Joan Fallon (pregnancy), Dr. Laura Hanson (neurology, ), Dr. Sharon Vallone (special needs), Dr. Andrew DeSaro (philosophy), Dr. Kathleen Linaker (radiology, head & neck trauma), Dr. Peter Fysh (cranial sacral technique), Dr. Tracy Barnes (advanced technique), and Dr. Brad Waters (sports injuries). License renewal credits will be applied for by Palmer College of chiropractic.

It is expected that this conference will be sold out so attendees are encouraged to register early. Hotel reservations may be made online through a dedicated link for this conference to the Wild Horse Pass Resort through this website only.
